OATPORRIDGE FOR BREAKFAST.

Recipes:        Here is a recipe of oat meal porridge – a recipe in which all kinds of “trimmings” will be a success, for instance blueberries, raspberries, slices of banana, sunflower seeds, linseeds…..

  • Content: 1 portion:
  • 1 dl easily boiled rolled oats
  • 2 dl low-calorie milk
  • ¼ teaspoon salt (might be left out)
  • How to do: Mix the ingredients in a saucepan and stir into boiling.
  • Let the porridge boil for a few minutes, while stiring, until the the porridge thickens.
  • Various:Make your own favourite by adding one of these proposals:
  •  Mashed banana. 1 tea spoon honey, 2 table spoons cottage cheese, 1 table spoon oat bran, 1 table spoon linseed or 1 table spoon sunflower seed.
  • Add more fluid if necessary.
